💼 What will you do on a daily basis?

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our relationships with clients and ensuring an agile, personalized, and high-quality experience at every point of contact.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and providing personalized service to an assigned client portfolio.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities and recommending solutions that add value to clients.
• Re-engaging inactive clients through effective commercial strategies.
• Supporting clients throughout the claims process, facilitating documentation and communication.
• Recording and updating all relevant client information in the CRM.
• Participating in team meetings, sharing progress, insights, and learnings.

🚀 What are we looking for?

• A strong customer-service mindset and a passion for building trusted, long-term relationships.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar customer-facing, account management, customer success, or commercial positions.
• Current university students and/or graduates in Marketing, International Trade, Insurance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency – you should feel comfortable holding conversations in English.
