🔎 We are looking for our next Claims Analyst specializing in Marine Cargo Insurance!

Do you have technical and administrative experience in insurance, with a focus on transport and cargo?

Your main mission will be the investigation, analysis, and settlement of claims, ensuring operational excellence through compliance with internal processes and current regulations.

💼 What will you do on a daily basis?

• Receive claims notifications and request the required documentation.
• Conduct an initial assessment to determine whether an external claims adjuster is required.
• Provide documentation to the claims adjuster and analyze their report.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Commercial Department regarding progress and payments.
• Analyze coverage based on the insured’s documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal deadlines, requesting additional information when necessary.
• Notify the policyholder or broker of lack of coverage before the official communication is issued.
• Issue the settlement and manage payment authorization; notify the client and Commercial Department once payment has been made.
• Update claims records and prepare reserve and reinsurance reports.
• Attend meetings, support training initiatives, manage performance, and maintain ongoing professional development.

🚀 What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of proven experience in claims management within transport and cargo insurance (mandatory).
• Technical or administrative background, preferably with training or knowledge in insurance.
• Experience with claims management systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Advanced English level (mandatory).
